Step -1: Go to Settings > Accounts > Add Account
(Follow this step only if you’re creating a new Google Account on device one i.e., source device for contact transfer to device two i.e., destination device)
Step -2: Go to Settings > Accounts > Select your Google Account > Enable Sync Contacts
Do Step #2 on device one (from which you have to transfer contacts)
Step -3: Sign-in to the same Google account as in device one. Go to Settings > Account > Select your Google Account > Select Contacts > Tap Sync Now
Once you do this, the contacts are transferred & synced with the destination device.

Transfer contacts with VCF file
In the case when you have too many contacts to transfer & you want to ensure transfer contact by contact, this is it. You can easily exchange contacts from one Android device to another using VCF files.
It’s incredibly useful as you can transfer 50000 of your contacts in one shot using the VCF file.
Also, the maximum size of a vCard is 256KB (photo + text).

- Open Contacts > Tap on 3-dotted menu > Share
- Select the contacts that you want to share. If you want to go with selected contacts, tick against them. If you want to select them all, tap against the checkbox against select all on the top.
